RISE Flag registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Spring flag football season. Each registered player receives a NEW BALANCE game jersey and short with their registration fee.

Each player will have an opportunity to purchase a RISE Flag mouthguard and/or RISE Flag gameday wear through registration.

REGISTRATION FEE:

RISE Flag registration fee does not include platform and credit card processing fees which will be applied at checkout. A $20 RISE processing fee and transaction fee (covering transaction processing cost) will be added to your total:

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:         $185 ends on March 30
REGULAR REGISTRATION:              $235 ends on May 6
LATE REGISTRATION:                        $285 ends on May 26

***Various discounts, payment plans, and pay later options are available upon registration checkout***

 
For athletes who register after the regular registration end date, families should expect that uniforms may arrive for Week 2 or Week 3. Also, additional RISE player apparel and/or RISE mouthguard purchased through the registration process, those items will be delivered to your address. 

A sibling discount of $25 is available. Please note that this discount applies to siblings registered after the initial registered athlete. DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AFTER THE FIRST SIBLING IS REGISTERED.

A discount of $25 is available for all volunteer coaches.  Please contact the League Director at bronx@riseflagfootball.com for this refund.

The BRONX RISE Flag Football season runs from April through May with games taking place at:

SEASON SCHEDULE

Game days and times may be subject to change due to Inclement weather or other reason(s). League Operator will post dates and times prior to Week ONE.

 
FREE Spring Conditioning Camps:
March 14, 21, 28
April 3
*Saturdays 11am to 1pm


Season Game Dates:

April 17, 24
May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
June 5 -Playoffs
*Fridays 7pm to 10pm

 

LEAGUE FORMAT

RISE Flag Football is based on the child’s grade level for the current school year.

•  K – 2nd  Grade Co-Ed Division (Tiny Mites)
•  3rd – 5th Grade Co-Ed Division (Gridiron)
•  6th – 8th Grade Boys Division (Play Makers)
•  9th – 10th Grade Boys Division (Heisman)
•  6th – 10th Grade Girls Division (Future Stars)
•  Six to eight-game season, including playoffs and consolation games
•  6v6 format on 25 x 50 yd field
•  5v5 Olympic format for 6th Grade & up
•  8-10 player rosters 
•  Voluntary practice will be conducted on game day (one hour before game time)
•  NO TRYOUTS OR DRAFTS
•  Rosters are formed by friend and/or coach requests
​​​​​​​•  Single players are placed on teams with a common variable to be determined by the League Operator

       

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

RISE Flag Football, LLC, nor the League Operator, does not provide coaches for the leagues. All coaches are volunteers and most likely parents and/or mentors in the community.

 

EVERY volunteer coach must provide the League Operator with a current RISE background check, which is good for one year. 
 

REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted to the League Operator in writing, and refunds will be based on the below:
•   Full or 100% registration fee refund if requested 4 weeks prior to the first scheduled event day
•   Half or 50% registration fee refund if requested prior to the 2nd game of the season
•   No refunds will be given after the 2nd game of the season
•   If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event, NO REFUNDS will be 
processed.
